Dymista Nasal Spray (50 mcg/137 mcg) is a prescription medication used to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis. It combines two active ingredients:

  • Azelastine (50 mcg): An antihistamine that helps to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes by blocking histamine, a substance that causes allergy symptoms.
  • Fluticasone propionate (137 mcg): A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages, helping to alleviate congestion, sneezing, and runny nose.

Dymista is used once or twice daily, with two sprays in each nostril as directed by a healthcare provider. It provides combined relief from nasal allergy symptoms, improving overall comfort and quality of life for those with allergic rhinitis.
