Duaklir Genuair Inhaler (400/12 mcg) is a combination medication used for the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains:

  • Aclidinium (400 mcg): A long-acting anticholinergic (LAMA) that helps to relax the muscles around the airways and improve breathing.
  • Formoterol (12 mcg): A long-acting beta-agonist (LABA) that helps to relax the muscles in the airways and increase airflow.

The medication is delivered through a Genuair inhaler, which provides a dry powder for inhalation. It is typically used twice daily, with one inhalation in the morning and one in the evening. Regular use helps to manage COPD symptoms and improve lung function.
